Flexibility is great. They show appreciation by planning office outing and events.

Cons

If you aren't a CPA and on the administrative side pay isn't great and not much room for growth.

More balanced hours than other firms I've heard from as an first year associate, client interaction from day one, more involved in multiple sections of an audit.

Cons

Lack of national recognition - more of a regional firm, yearly trainings held in North or South Dakota

The people here are great to work with and create a great working environment. As compared to other public accounting firm's, the hours expectations are reasonable.

Cons

Health benefits and other compensation seems to be below average (adding a dependent costs are outrageous).
