Employer 401K contributions vest over 6 years.

Happy to hear you enjoyed your time with Eide Bailly while you were with us. As an FYI, the 401K plan employer contribution vests over 5 years, and does so at 20% each year - so hopefully you were able to take the Firm's contributions and roll them in to a qualified plan. Pros

Good staff, friendly environment. I appreciate the effort that is made to include all staff in activities and forward movement of the firm.

Cons

There is very little training and encouragement to grow.

Seniors don't get bonuses, only managers.

It's great to see that after 3 years you still enjoy the culture and people of Eide Bailly! That really is what makes us different! As an FYI - years ago when we moved to giving bonuses to Manager-level staff and above, we did increase the annual compensation of our Senior Associates so that it included the average bonus our seniors had received for the prior 3 years. So, we did not simply "take away" the bonus - but rather added it to their base comp. I will share your feedback regarding this with our HR team. I know it is something we discuss regularly.
