Pros

It seems that the firm does actually support the more progressive work culture, but this can depend on your team. The company embraces the hybrid work schedule still, but I have seen in my office that they make you earn this rather than provide it as a standard option as outlined in the employee manual.

Cons

Audit software is slow and causes a lot of inefficiencies. Could benefit from investing in making sure their software runs faster so that staff do not spend 10 minutes waiting for a workpaper to open.
