Pros

Possibility to travel for important projects all around the world. Growth opportunities in different areas. Young and friendly environment (average age is less than 35 years old). 100% Italian Company, worldwide leader in its sector. It's important to be ready to take responsibilities.

Cons

Due to the importance of the job it's necessary to be always available, a lot of flexibility is required.

Pros

The only good thing at the end it's that you put on resume that you worked for a company with very important customers and a huge business.

Cons

The company has grown rapidly in the last years and has a lot to learn on how to manage people. It mainly relies on some"leaders" that work 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This thing outside of the Italy it's seen as a great leak of organization. This is a company that sells high availability systems and it hilariously leaks with a lot of points of failure in its management, absolutely critical for a general success, especially in a context where all that the company earns comes from the knowledge of their employees. They like to promise things that they will never do and they will also accuse you to be not self sufficient if you fail in something. What I heard before leaving was that I didn't self train myself sufficiently. Of course the training was one of the promises in the job interview. At the end a lot of lies and a really bad experience. To make it quick, If you are not a strong person it's really easy to get frustrated after a few time.
