Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience. Culture is everything here at Eight Eleven Group, which is why we strive to create a welcoming environment where our employees feel empowered to be the best. We love hearing that you enjoyed being a part of our organization and are glad to have had you in the family! It is worth noting that we structure our pay based on a commission-supported scale with no caps or limits on the total amount our employees can make. Plus, we promote all our leadership positions from within, which means that starting salary is just the beginning of all the opportunities that a career with Eight Eleven Group can provide!

Low pay high workload/expectations

Pros

Good learning experience for a first job. Very autonomous. If you find a good mentor/have a good market director you can learn a lot from them.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations- business model isn't right for the size of eight eleven. If you're on a cold account, be ready for burn out. Little to no support because half of leadership is overworked and other half is underworked. Drinking culture and little boundaries between personal and professional life.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, though we are disappointed to hear that it was an unpleasant one. Culture is very important to us at Eight Eleven Group, which is why we strive to create a welcoming environment where all our employees feel empowered to do their best. One such example of this is our employee-led connection groups, joined together based on common backgrounds, identities, or interests to provide a safe space for conversation and development. We recognize that the culture we seek to cultivate may not be a fit for all employees. We also appreciate your honesty regarding the earnings potential of our employees. Is every employee who steps through our doors wildly successful? Unfortunately, no. However, we are proud of the fact that our base salary plus commission structure has allowed a significant number of our employees to create a strong financial footing for themselves (and their families) so early in their careers. If you have any additional feedback or suggested improvements, please email us at success@eightelevengroup.com as we are always trying to better ourselves and the experiences we offer.
