The company has put me in a great position to find my own personal and professional success VERY early on in my career. My closest friends are the people that I get to work with on a daily basis. They challenge me and encourage me to be my best every day. I am constantly pushed outside of my comfort zone. No day is ever the same, which makes it exciting to go to work. The core values, (Grit, Family, Innovation, Service, Opportunity and Passion), are not just words, but are truly emphasized daily. I could not be more proud to work for such an amazing company and work with these people every day! This company is growing and the outlook is only up from here! You have to be in control of your attitude and energy everyday! You have every tool to be successful, but you have to want it! It's not an easy industry, but man, is it lucrative and worth the hard work!
