Pros

Eight Eleven Group offers a great culture with uncapped growth opportunities and earning potential. With their 100% organic growth model, your manager has been in your shoes which is so nice when it comes to coaching and understanding what their employees are experiencing. Eight Eleven Group values their people and offers a ton of resources such as ERG's, financial concierge service, WFH options, extra paid vacation, etc!

Cons

The industry can be tough. Recruiting has a lot of ups and downs, highs and lows, but overall, this is a great place to do it and has a lot of stability and growth!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Here at Eight Eleven, we strive to break the stigmas associated with our industry by using a relationship-focused approach to managing our consultants. We have found that by focusing on your needs, we can empower you to thrive. That is why we recognize six paid holidays for our consultants each year. All employees, including consultants, are eligible to participate in our 401K plan after one year of employment - if you have worked over 1,000 hours. We even match employee contributions; this match consists of 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of your contributions. It’s for this reason that we love hearing your experience with Eight Eleven has been a positive one. We hope that you will consider consulting with us on another engagement!

Unprofessional Recruiters

Pros

Quick contact from recruiter for initial interview.

Cons

Recruiter provided no follow up and ignored emails and follow up text. “Ghosting” individuals is extremely unprofessional. It takes a matter of seconds to inform a potential candidate that they are no longer being considered. If recruiters cannot have those tough conversations, they should consider another role.
