All employees, including consultants, are eligible to participate in our 401K plan after one year of employment - if you have worked over 1,000 hours. We even match employee contributions; this match consists of 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of your contributions. Very hard to start off in this company. Be prepared to make the bare minimum in pay for at least 18 months.

Here at Eight Eleven Group, we structure our pay based on a commission supported scale with no caps or limits on the total amount our employees can make.
