Eight Eleven is a very transparent company that is honest with their employees. Everyone at the company is very supportive and everyone wants to see you succeed. There are employee resource groups where you can connect with your fellow employees. I love the Women of Eight Eleven group. It is very inspirational and supportive. Looking forward to seeing everything Eight Eleven Group accomplishes in the future!
