Pros

Just about nothing other than free booze all the time

Cons

Where do I even start? The company is the biggest cult culture ever. If they don’t like your personality they force you out of the company. The books they make you read and do reports on as part of training are all brainwash and indoctrination type of books. They have eyes on you at all times from the hotel staff to the drivers to the people in the town when you go up for training. Very judgemental group of people and if you’re not in their clique or fall in line with their ways of living you have a target on your back. I’ve heard it’s different based on what market you’re located out of but this toxic cult like mentality is seen all throughout leadership.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and honest feedback! Although, we are disappointed to hear that it was a negative one. Culture is everything here at Eight Eleven Group which is why we strive to create a welcoming environment where all our employees feel empowered to be the best. We say “strive” because as you have mentioned, our work is far from finished. Cultural changes do take time, and we believe we are taking the right steps. This includes the creation of our employee-led connection groups, joined together based on common backgrounds, identities, or interests to provide a safe space for conversation and development. We have also expanded our benefits to include mental wellness coverage, additional PTO, and parental leave for all employees, as well as tuition assistance for those who qualify. These are just some of our latest enhancements to our internal culture! As we continue to grow, so will the type of support and assistance we provide to our employees, consultants, and clients. Thank you again for your feedback, as it is reviews like this that help us better align our plans for the future with the needs of our internal employees!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed by the starting salary for the Account Executive role. We want to provide our employees with a commission-supported scale with no caps or limits, allowing a fair starting salary. Would you please email us at success@eightelevengroup.com so that we can learn more about this situation?
