Pros

I have never had a moment where I dreaded work, because I sit alongside some of the most passionate, driven, caring leaders I've ever met. I am not only known in this company, but cared for. Everyone keeps me accountable personally and professionally every day, and wants me to be my best self. Every day, every obstacle or challenge that comes our way, this company tackles it with innovative yet fun processes and are truly there to support you. I never feel like I'm a lone wolf; I always feel accepted and apart of the team. The growth opportunities are numerous and aren't limited to anything except your creativity and goals. I couldn't be more grateful to work for Eight Eleven Group!

Cons

If someone isn't used to working hard for commission, it can be tough in the beginning, but there are so many layers of support!

Pros

- The people. The people. The people. We're a team and we are family. It's a core value (I realize this is a core value for lots of companies, but I can speak that it does accurately describe Eight Eleven. - The company genuinely cares about your overall happiness. Not just at work. - Reasonable people. Especially the managers. If you're ok with sharing your problems, they will listen and do their best to take care of you. - The work is purposeful. We're in the business of people and I feel like I'm helpful everyday. Some days more than others, but nonetheless, I have purpose here. - The marketing team specifically is small, but growing and it is very exciting being at the ground floor. Overall, my job at Eight Eleven Headquarters is to support all of our Recruiters and Account Executives internally so that they may support our external contractors and clients. If you like supporting internal employees primarily, being on a team, and coaching/leadership, and being part of an ever-growing company... This is a great place for you.

Cons

- Success here is earned and you may have to put in a few years and prove your loyalty, have successes, and show you care in order to climb to where you want to be. This is the nature of a tight-knit leadership team. Note: I am not on the leadership team and I know this. - Benefits package could use some help. - I honestly don't have many cons that I don't think are already being addressed. I used to not like the dress code, now they're more relaxed. I used to get frustrated about not being allowed to work from home, but if you communicate with your manager why you want to, they are typically open to it.
