Great people, passion for the company mission, belief in the importance of transparency/trust, very welcoming to new hires. For those who love the fast-paced, multi-faceted energy of a hyper growth start up - this is the right fit. There is a strong "if you see something, do something" culture where everyone is encouraged to wear multiple hats + dive in wherever they can be helpful regardless of their role or the team they are on.

Cons

Commuting can be an adjustment for those that live in the city, oakland, etc.
