I've never worked somewhere where there is so much respect for every individual, and trust in the work they are producing. That culture is what enables me to feel confident in my decisions and grow my leadership skills. There is a lot to do here, which to me is exciting. Lots of opportunities to raise your hand and tackle new projects. Busy and challenged... but not overwhelmed or buried. Also great work-life balance. I rarely get after-work hour emails and people are respectful of your time off.

Cons

This startup is growing up fast - means it's a chance to create some structure and new processes.
