The technical work is reasonably interesting and provides opportunities to develop real world skills. Colleagues are capable and willing to collaborate on complex challenges when approached.

Cons

Career progression discussions are infrequent and rarely initiated by management. Employees are largely left to advocate for themselves, seek their own feedback, and piece together their own growth paths. A more structured and proactive approach to career development is surely needed.
