Pros

Some coworkers were kind and supportive, and the company promotes positive values on the surface. The brand highlights sustainability and inclusivity, and there are occasional moments where teams collaborate well. The mission of the company sounds inspiring in theory, even if it wasn’t reflected in my experience.

Cons

Leadership failed to provide direction, guidance, or support for my role. I experienced discriminatory behavior from a colleague, and despite raising concerns, nothing was done to address or resolve the situation. Communication from management was unclear, inconsistent, and often dismissive. The work environment became increasingly hostile, isolating, and stressful. Ultimately, I was unfairly laid off without proper explanation, highlighting the disconnect between the company’s public values and how it treats employees internally.

Pros

Great coworkers. Flexible hours and generally comfortable work environment. Retail associates are provided with clothes to wear on the job. Product education provided at work

Cons

Poor pay - job listings can be misleading. Expect minimum wage with very limited opportunities for growth or promotion (if any at all). Management does not communicate well with retail teams and this disconnect is incredibly evident. Feedback is encouraged on paper but often criticized or ignored in practice. Only part-time work is available and many people stay for the benefits. Quality of clothing is decreasing in both materials and construction
