      Offered more money, nice NYC office.

      Cons

      Managers don't get back to you for over a week. You are scheduled for work when managers are away. Terrible scheduling extremely unrealistic time frames which impact your ability to do work and plan for others. Managers would not show how to do new things even when directly asked. Offices were empty.

      Great people, disorganized merger

      Great people Flexible work arrangements outside of busy season Good clients

      Cons

      Part of an acquisition. It was disorganized and hard to get any real answers about processes and procedures. Not the best place to begin a career.

      They promised billable hours would be similar/based on our individual performance last year... everyone's billable hours expectations are the same and none are based on our actual performance. Pretty unattainable "goals" for newer/inexperienced staff.
