      Pros

      Flexible atmosphere, interesting people. Room for advancement if you work for it, but you do need to work for it. Promotions are not that casual,

      Bottlenecks on the career path at times, turnover stays pretty low, so promotions may not come with the associated responsibilities.

      Pros

      Nice work environment. Many events for employee appreciation, such as monthly birthday celebration in office for any birthdays that month, parties for any holiday, random fun events like voluntary dance lessons and performance. Unlimited Keurig drinks. Fresh fruit weekly.

      Cons

      The benefits are much more expensive than other accounting agencies. That's one of the main reasons employees leave the company. For my family my out of pocket for a year is about $12,000. There is very little opportunity for advancement for admins. While admins are treated with respect they are thought of as a lower class than the accountants.
