Pros

One of the biggest pros of working at EisnerAmper is the incredibly supportive and empowering leadership. My managers and directors are approachable, transparent, and deeply invested in my personal and professional growth. They take the time to mentor, guide, and encourage me to reach my full potential, and that kind of leadership is rare. I also absolutely love being part of the Talent Acquisition team — it's a collaborative, high-energy group filled with passionate, professional individuals who truly care about the work and each other. The company places a strong emphasis on professional development, offering tools, mentorship, workshops, and access to resources that help you grow at every stage of your career. EisnerAmper is also a firm that values innovation — they're not afraid to challenge the status quo, invest in new technology, or encourage creative problem-solving. Beyond the work itself, the culture is people-first and inclusive. From day one, I’ve felt welcomed, valued, and empowered to share my ideas and perspectives. It’s a place where your voice matters, and you can clearly see how your work contributes to the bigger picture. Cons

Like any fast-paced organization, the workload can be high at times, especially during peak seasons, which may require extra hours or juggling multiple priorities. While the company is growing and innovating quickly, change can sometimes feel constant, and it may take time for processes to catch up or fully streamline Additionally, because there are so many opportunities for growth and development, it can be easy to overextend yourself if you don’t set boundaries; but managers are supportive if you communicate your needs.

Pros

Can't say I found any positive

Cons

Many negative: Micromanaging team and managers that do not believe in any work life balance. No sense of boundaries and concern for well-being, (if you have covid its expected you still work from home), insurance providers and policy premiums are very expensive, no growth oppurtunties , very politically motivated team structure, managers will through you under the bus at ever turn to save their back
