The people here are great. EA emphasizes culture and doesn't hire unfriendly people. Also, great hours in the Summer. They will promote you if you're willing to grind

They are big on staff seminars.

Cons

Clients don’t get the personalized service they deserved because the staff are so overwhelmed with client responsibilities. They remaining staff actually servicing the clients do not have a deep understanding of the client business and thus, the quality of work suffer. They even allow non-CPA’s to sign tax returns.
