      Some good people and nice offices.

      Cons

      If you get stuck on a tough client you'll be a pretty significant target for scapegoating for last minute mistakes. Depending on the Senior Manager and Director they'll also supercede your review and make it a "team review" to justify keeping you at a lower level so that they can keep you on that tough client team without having to lose their current seniors. Honestly it's a huge shot in the dark and only worth sticking around for the resume bump for the next place.

      The office is easy to get to.

      Cons

      This firm is very cliqish. Leadership is very quick to throw you under the bus to save themselves. There is no transparency at this firm, everything is done behind closed doors and on the hush hush. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
