Pros

There are amazing professional development and leadership opportunities. If you capitalize on those, then you will undoubtedly grow professionally and progress in your career, whether you choose to stay at the firm or leave.

Cons

I do not believe in being negative publicly, so I will not do so now. Letting the firm know the cons is what an exit interview is for. My experience was, for the most part, highly positive. The only con I have is that I am not in a position to reapply and fix my part in that. If anyone reading this is considering applying, do so. If you are offered a position and accept it, congratulations! Now it's your turn to write your own story.
