      -good work environment and team oriented workplace -decent pay and benefits

      Cons

      -firm is constantly growing through M&A deals with other accounting firms. Probably not a con for the organization, but at the employee level this leads to disorganization and confusion when working across offices and industries within the same firm

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to build your career, especially for those who are self driven. The ability to work on projects across multiple service lines and multiple office which creates a collaborative environment for individuals to succeed. The culture is great!

      Cons

      Those who are not self driven can thrive but may need anticapate a longer time frame for development.
