I enjoyed the flexibility and overall friendliness of the team. Annual pay and bonuses were also nice.

Cons

Partner on our team had high expectations which hindered career growth. Company focused on reducing U.S. workforce and expanded offshore team. When a U.S. employee left on our team, they did not replace them with a U.S. worker.
