Over-demanding and Exploitative

They do very thorough training for interns.

Cons

They exploit interns to make up for their high turnover. Managers and partners are very demanding. You’ll get yelled at for not checking a box on a tax return that you didn’t know you had to check, even though it was the first tax return you’ve ever prepared in your career. Also, they set up 3 different exit interviews when I resigned.
