      As of the last few years there are virtually none.

      Cons

      Zero flexibility, horrible pay... CHEAP company. EA is looking for an acquisition play, so spending even one penny on employee happiness is not acceptable.

      Pros

      Fully remote work and flexibility.

      Cons

      Bad benefits and absolutely no training. Managers need management training. Technology is absolute. They keep saying how they value and want to advance in technology, but most of their GLs are in excel still. They just say what they think partners and clients want to hear. None existent culture. Nobody talks to each other which is easy being remote so people are just like little task rabbits.
