I am a software engineer of around 5 years of exp..... no. of down side 1. Politics( bad and meaning less) 2. Not promising 3. You are slave without pay for extra hours 4.Saturday and sunday don't expect for leave , if u are denying to come on weekend , dont feel you are secure. 5. lot many problem i have faced over there...

Timely salary Less politics more work They will hear you even if they can't do anything about it.

Cons

Some corrupt people at top level in HR department. Promotion without hike. No hike. Performance Bonus kept on hold. Mocking performers by paying trinkets in the name of one time bonus.

No pros yet also it is not at all good for experienced professionals at all First Business ethics and organisation behaviour is mandate, people in the organisation is useless and waste of time

Cons

All are negative from the top management, wonder how come clients and investors are involved in this organisation without proper mindset and people
