No pros and this company is not at all standard all the reviews posted negatively because employees were coming from good organisation and joined by mistake because of fake promises. Note if anyone writes negative comment on top of it there are people in this organization to cover up and bringing it to positive which is unethical

Fake job description for sure, donot get into it and waste your scope of work Technology is very far behind and no process oriented things happening here All the top management guys are useless simply changing the structure whenever they get some idea Working in this organisation is useless All these reviews should be addressed by Indian Labor law then resolve it by doing proper audit else it will be wasted
