      Fantastic product and team in Finland

      The company was great before the acquisition but afterwards the people they put in charge really ruined such an innovative and great company. It’s a sad place to work in now where Everyday sales is treated like Babies

      Pros

      Product is really good. Company outings and trips were a lot of fun.

      Cons

      Trust is very low at every level of the organization; which in turn means micromanagement is very high. Pay was bad compared to the industry. All decisions were handed down by the ownership company, mostly regardless of what input Ekahau employees or customers had. Unrealistic sales quotas. Based on the pay structure commission was basically capped.
