      The people are nice and really friendly. They take care of their workers!

      It is really quiet during the day, and not a lot of coworker fraternization.

      Pros

      Ekahau knows how to treat its customers as well as its employees. The culture is fantastic. Ekahau is a very fun and motivating place to work. What I appreciate the most - Being treated with respect, given the appropriate freedoms to do my job, encouraged to explore new ideas, and recognized for my efforts. The upper management (all the way to the CEO) does a fantastic job listening and responding quickly and appropriately to feedback. I'm very proud and humbled to be a part of such a great team!

      Cons

      If I have to list a negative... the only thing that comes to mind is the constant growth which brings the inevitable "growing pains". Personally I thrive on challenge and change. :)

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, good people, exciting & genuinely great product, Ekahau are engaged with the the Wi-Fi community and listen when current users suggest new features.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that due to the nature of the role, it is difficult to get involved with Wi-Fi projects, as this leans towards competing with customers of Ekahau.
