Pros

Kind management, smart people, work can be very interesting, a place where I don't ever feel like I don't have some ability to change my angle or have my voice heard. When you have something bad happen in your life, they will be there for you, which you can't say about most other people.

Cons

Hours can be long, clients can be difficult - this will vary a lot by account. MMM is the core business offering, you can have a role that is more Data engineering or more data science, but usually in how it relates back to marketing measurement. Dealing with a company based in France causes issues with priorities
