- Young, dyanmic team with lots of potential to grow together over the next years - Growing list of clients and types of projects, so a lot of opportunity to do different things - Interesting work with a fairly healthy work/life balance - Great social culture with office trips away and regular activities planned

Cons

- Projects can sometimes last a very long time with a lot of time on data collection and navigating poor client databasing and knowledge storage rather than doing the actual interesting work
