Pros

The senior people really care about you and value your contribution, everyone is assigned to a mentor to help them develop. Colleagues are extremely supportive and kind; you won't find any off-putting office politics. A lot of training opportunities are available at every level. The work/life balance is great compared to other consultancies. There is real opportunity to contribute to culture of the company and to work on R&D projects.

Cons

Sometimes project work can be a bit repetitive, and like all consulting firms you have to be active and outspoken to get staffed on the projects that are more interesting.

- Warm and welcoming culture - Lots of opportunities to get stuck in with live projects from day one - Lots of opportunities to do trainings and workshops - (Senior) managers do not just care about your output but also about you as a person

Cons

Some of the HR admin is done from the office in Paris, so it can sometimes take a while to get an answer to queries about e.g. salary (although the Parisian team is generally very responsive over email)
