- Very rare to find a company that bridges the two worlds of Mathematics and Business on the same time. The key driver of Ekimetrics culture is : how to drive business using Statistics and Machine Learning tools. It is really exciting to accompany clients on a daily basis on their journey to drive more business value using sharp analyses and creative approaches. - There is a very strong Start-up culture in Ekimetrics. People are very young and dynamic. the hierarchy is almost inexistant with easy reach to everyone from Senior Partners to Interns.
Cons
- The company is growing very fast. It can be sometimes disturbing with all the changes that can be happening on short periods.
