      Nice team Very ambitious Tightly knit team with ambitious goals for mobile medicine Good support from management if you have a problem young founders.

      Cons

      It's a startup so little pay but more equity Small office If you function better in a corporate environment then you will find the dynamic less structured Young founders Just because your an early hire does not mean you will be a company head

      Cons

      They advertise a lot, and wages in adverts are way higher than industry avarage, but every time you get in touch there is always excuses. Like position put on hold, they have enough interviews so far, etc. It looks like they put false adverts to collect database of CVs.
