You can't trust the management's word , no commitment to what so ever said, unprofessional and management will take advantage of employees personal situations to assign work , dishonest - will keep changing words everyday and finally take actions that is in complete advantage to employer, no interest in employee Growth and career interest. Promises are never kept , they keep changing it according to the situation .
