      Pros

      None, zero advantage . Take the job only if you can't survive .

      Cons

      You can't trust the management's word , no commitment to what so ever said, unprofessional and management will take advantage of employees personal situations to assign work , dishonest - will keep changing words everyday and finally take actions that is in complete advantage to employer, no interest in employee Growth and career interest. Promises are never kept , they keep changing it according to the situation .

      Pros

      I really enjoyed working with eKuber. I had the right people around me to help me grow and really had the time to learn. Very gracious group of people. They appreciate that extra mile and give lots of opportunities to try different job functions and test the water to see what works best.

      Cons

      Crunch times were a little too frequent.

      Pros

      It is a small company you get to learn various sides of an IT company. You work on multiple projects which helps to learn new technologies. Mostly federal projects which looks good on your resume :)
