Hospital invests in personal growth and development; High sense of team collaboration; Collaborative teamwork throughout the department, Tight-knit team of providers and specialists

Cons

Very hard to find new grads or young professionals in the hospital, the workforce can be very intimidating to work with at times and senior colleagues may come off as condescending.
