Mental health dept - Good hearted people with the best intentions. New initiatives to address systemic dysfunction. Competitive pay for clinicians. Open door policy with management.

Cons

No consistent policies and procedures, weak union, favoritism, bully tactics, outmoded standards, poor morale, high burnout, high turnover due to unrealistic productivity standards, poor safety precautions. Fear of reassignment or termination from management. Fear of lawsuit from the public.
