my co-workers have bonded over the horrific management, horrible leadership and overall hostile working conditions.

Cons

Poor/no leadership, no training, pay below market rate and a benefits package that is worse than an In & Out Burger.

For a part time role, I think the pay was decent enough. The hours were very flexible as well, and pretty much any amount of time you could give was appreciated

Cons

Supervisors are quick to let you go without much heads up. If you're looking to transition to a full time role that is something that you must explore yourself because otherwise you're left to your own devices, management did not alert me personally that full time postions at my role were open.
