Community work where you help the most in need Flexible schedule(depending on who you’d boss is :/ ) Non profit so it qualifies for some loan repayment options and such. Experience with lots of different types of mentally I’ll people from homeless, to veterans, substance use, severe metal illness, inpatient, 5150. You name it, you can gain experience in that clientele if you want.

Cons

Understaffed ….. like drastically understaffed. Constant turnover People leaving for jobs paying TWICE what we get paid :/ People are crabby because we aren’t paid enough and are asked to do the work of 3 people.
