Pros

If you are proving yourself about being patient and if you want to learn about how to prove yourself about mediocrity this is the company

Cons

No room to grow, a lot of gossip, everything handle by owner who believe they are living in Cuba, they treat bad and threat constantly their employees, they use to say to their employees that says their opinions : "this is what it is, if you don't like it get out, this is the door" literally

Pros

None...there is nothing posituve to say, i am not angry employee but i want to share this for inoscent people applying to this company.

Cons

All you possible can think of. Management against people that you dont kiss behind. Lie in training about money and rules you will get. They causes so much moral damage that i have to attend a physical help and a lawyer.

Pros

There are some great ppl working here. Big company so a lot of employment diversity and opportunity. Convenient Locations as long as you are not transferred without notice (which happens very often every 9 months or less). Really good pay to sales associates and chance to make good money if you are good at it.

Cons

The company itself doesnt care about its employees, Ever since the company founder died. Now as a 3rd generation family owned business they have completely change the company reputation . They transfer you without regard to your personal interest to any store they want. A lot of employees had to commute over 60-120 miles a day (Kendall to Coconut Creek) for months waiting for the next transfer to hopefully be relocated to a nearer Store to their home. Specific managers that have been so long in the company and have lost all sense of ethics and respect and Corporate doesn't do anything even after various complaints from its employees). Company has weird and strict policies in regards to holidays and whether you qualify to be paid for them or not (most than usually they try to not pay you). Customer Service staff is IMMENSELY overworked with only 1 representative for every shift per store and as much as the company tries to cut costs by sharing their work with the receptionist and cashiers they still get everyday more than what they could handle. As far as cashiers : The schedule is every week changing and everyday is most likely different. One day you Open with the store and the next you Close and open the next day so more than likely you will not be able to study while you work. Forget about your weekends because the company frowns about getting weekends off if you are in sales or a cashier. Vacations are a big NO during November- February. I must add that forget about commendations or recognition for there is very little or non-existent. They even took off the End of Year Bonus to all employees.
