Very dynamic environment Excellent work team. Very challenger place. Flexible hours. You can learn a lot of things on your own, but you can't get any training from the company.
Cons
Low salary for the amount of work that we have to do. A place without discipline. Unrealistic goals. Poor knowledge from the warehouse and main office team. Different salary from regular stores and outlet stores, regular store earn three times more and work ten times less. A place without a line of duty and leadership, anyone even buyers and receptionists from Main Office has more authority than a manager of any store. To much Bureaucracy to get any supply, even for a pair of gloves can take months, not to mention that any equipment, software, or any major reparation, can take years before they make any decision. You can get a warning or fired for two minutes of overtime. The managers from different departments earn their position because of the time on the company or relationship but not because of their knowledge, they don't know anything about our policy and rules and make a poor decision very often driving the rest of the personal to the wrong choice and at the end of the chain we have to fix it. Making their mistake ours and not of them. The company asks very often any opinion or any idea to make our work environment more productive, we share our ideas and we put on the table every single mistake that warehouse and main office make very often, they never listen and also ignore us. And the list can go on.
