High starting wage (anything above minimum is good, right?) Somewhat flexible hours

Cons

After one day of training consisting of shadowing another cashier, I was thrown right in to working without help. It was very hectic and stressful as I messed up many orders, but this could also be seen as a pro as it helped me to handle stressful situations.
