Pros

The training was good when i first started. The hours were good as well, they allowed me to have a set amount. The employees respect each other as well.

Cons

Management was not so good. Poor leadership from management. I felt under pressure with no encouragement. No benefits as an employee was a bummer

Medium pay and bonuses You can learn a little as you go A lot of down time so if you are going to school a lot of opportunity to study especially during the night shifts bonuses discounts on food %25 free soda fountain and coffee (endless supply)

Cons

Senior reps do like to teach you very political scheduling is unfair not much to learn raises are horrible not a very good work/life balance senior reps gossip with HR

The pay is very low The Spanish workers tend to treat you poorly especially if you do not speak spanish
