Pros
It all depends on the volume of people you get into your store and if you get lucky with nice managers and co-workers
Cons
Sometimes you have unreliable co-workers that don't show up and it makes another person have to stay longer or do twice the work. I worked at 3 locations and had 1 mean general manager but the other 2 were awesome. I only had 1 mean co-worker in the 3 places. Fluctuating schedules and newly hired people are slow.
