Pros

Great pay , Flexible hours, training was easy you just read their manual for three hours for orientation and the cash register is computerized easy the learn.

Cons

You just got prove yourself to get more hours just like any other places. You also need to get a certified food worker card.

Pros

Promotion from within occurs relatively quickly if you're good, good hours, 50 % and 25% discounts,

Cons

little training, lack of understanding that people have lives beyond el pollo loco, not properly compensated for overtime, lack of team work, lack of customer service from other employees including some managers

Pros

The kitchen and sink area were clean and sanitary. You get a %10 discount on food.

Cons

Management consistently violated California labor laws by forbidding employees to take 10 minute breaks. Only lunches were allowed for those who worked over 6 hours.
