Good hours, some friendly coworkers, and the foods great.

Cons

Usually always on drive thru alone through rush hour w. no help. So many lazy workers, they'll dislike you if you're a better worker. Really there's one of the rudest cashiers and hasn't got fired.

Great pay , Flexible hours, training was easy you just read their manual for three hours for orientation and the cash register is computerized easy the learn.

Cons

You just got prove yourself to get more hours just like any other places. You also need to get a certified food worker card.

little training, lack of understanding that people have lives beyond el pollo loco, not properly compensated for overtime, lack of team work, lack of customer service from other employees including some managers
