Some of the employees are cool

Cons

They always change your schedule at the last minute. When you think you're not working, they schedule you late the night before or the morning of. They are very unreliable when it comes to scheduling and make it seem like it is your fault for not knowing your schedule. They also lie to you and say you're leaving early when in reality, they keep you there at least 2 hours longer.

Medium pay and bonuses You can learn a little as you go A lot of down time so if you are going to school a lot of opportunity to study especially during the night shifts bonuses discounts on food %25 free soda fountain and coffee (endless supply)

Cons

Senior reps do like to teach you very political scheduling is unfair not much to learn raises are horrible not a very good work/life balance senior reps gossip with HR
