Teammates were good PTO policy Decent Insurance

Cons

Everything else. Management lacks structure, retention issues with top talent and employees, burnout, lots of PTO but never really felt able to unplug from work. Huge disconnect between marketing and sales, company not able to remain relevant ahead of competitive entrances, lower pay and unrealistic sales targets.
