      Elanco has undergone significant changes in the time I have worked for this company - I feel we have now moved from survival mode to thriving mode. There are many opportunities to feel empowered to make a positive difference - be it initiate a cause: improve a process: mentoring or coaching others for personal and professional growth; actively leading and influencing for better outcomes to make Elanco a great community.

      One does need to actively engage to maximise the opportunities available for making a change.

      Pros

      Great company with good pay and benefits. Very welcoming culture. Once you are over the learning curve, very interesting and high-paced company to work for.

      Cons

      Very overwhelming at first and more training would be helpful to help understand the process and job responsibilities.
